U. S. History 11 Important Dates

The end of the nine weeks is quickly approaching and there are a few things of which you need to be mindful:
1. You will have a chapter 14 test this Friday.
2. Your notebook test will be next Friday. You MUST submit your notebook at the time of your test.
3. You have two days left for makeup work. Tomorrow after school and next Thursday after school.  I will not be available any other days for makeup work.  This includes those of you who did not join Edmodo as you were required to in order to take your online quizzes.

U. S. History 10 important dates

We are quickly approaching the end of the nine weeks and I wanted to keep you up to date on some important information.

We have three major grades before next Friday.  The mask project is due tomorrow.  Also, Chapter 1 test is tomorrow.  Remember there WILL BE NO retest this time. Next week is your notebook test. You MUST submit your notebook along with your test. Because there are still three major grades, you have a chance to significantly pull your grade up if it is not currently satisfactory.

Make sure you have  joined Remind.  Simply text @e36da2 to 81010.

If you have not done so, it is time to order the novel "The Crucible" by Arthur Miller.  We will be using this book as we study colonial America.  Students are expected to have it in class for oral readings and discussion.  You are also expected to participate in online literature circles.  I will be checking for it on October 11.
